By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Please take your time to read and understand the contents before placing your order.
Our terms and conditions may be changed from time to time without prior notice and the changes will apply to subsequent orders received.

Once your order has been confirmed, changes cannot be made.

Purchase of Products

All purchases are final. Product information including the description, measurements and colours are provided to the closest accuracy. It is important to check that the size and colour/charm of the item is correct before placing the order. Changes to your order cannot be made. There are strictly no exchanges nor refunds allowed.

We reserve the right to refuse/cancel an order without prior notice for reasons such as:
1. Payment is not completed or transaction detail is not notified to us within 24 hours from issue of the order invoice.
2. We are unable to obtain authorisation of payment and/or if we suspect any fraudulent activity.

Payment

We accept payment in the following methods:
1. PayPal
With a debit/credit card, you can use PayPal's services without having to sign up for an account. Simply click "checkout with PayPal" and enter your card details.
2. Local Internet Banking/ATM Bank Transfer
Only for Malaysia citizens. Payment has to be made, with proof (transaction receipt/number) sent via email within 24 hours from the issue of the order invoice, or your order will be cancelled.

For the ATM Bank Transfer method, please attach a clear and full snapshot of your receipt and keep the receipt until item has been received. Payments without receipt snapshots will not be entertained. Only the Internet Banking nickname, transaction reference number and date is required for payment using Internet Banking.

Product Information

When editing images for display, we make the effort to display, as accurately and realistic as possible, the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, we would like to seek your understanding that the actual colours you see will depend on your screen's resolution as well. Such situations are not within our control and we will not be held responsible for purchases made with the wrong perception of colours.

Refunds & Exchanges

There is strictly no refunds.

Exchanges are only allowed for the following reason(s):
1. Wrong Item
If the item shipped to you is the wrong item
